Two topics close to his heart include Families and Youths.
we thank You for blessing us with Archbishop William Goh.
Pour out your Holy Spirit upon him and
sanctify him as Your ardent servant, consecrated in holiness.
Mould him into the true likeness of Your son
to be a compassionate shepherd to Your people.
Keep him steadfast in times of trial, ever faithful
in obeying Your will and zealous
in proclaiming Christ to the world.
May Your divine wisdom guide his every decision,
and Your strength sustain him in his apostolic ministry.
Mary Blessed Mother, through your prayers,
help him to imitate Christ’s humility and
self-emptying love so that others
may encounter Jesus through him, for the
glory of God and the renewed growth of the Church.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Your Son who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit,
one God forever and ever.
What do people say about him?
If there is anything that will stand him in good stead is that he is a man of prayer. This is something he will not compromise on and it has definitely rubbed off on me
He is a compassionate priest who desires for young people like myself to experience the love of God. His dedication to God and His Kingdom inspires me to never give up on my faith and to always cling on to God for strength, especially when the going gets tough.
He has always been an inspiration and a role model for me. His unwavering passion for Christ, his steadfast commitment to prayer and his compassionate zeal to serve the people of God are all instrumental in motivating me in my own journey towards the priesthood.
He is well liked by the young and old. He is a humble, loving, caring and simple person who always helps in our spiritual growth. We have learnt many things from him as he walks in the light of Christ.
A priest after the heart of God; a learned and anointed preacher of God’s Word. He manifests his love through his dedicated and committed service to God’s Church and its people. As a shepherd, he personifies God’s love and compassion to his flock, thereby touching and transforming lives.
A people’s priest, a Christ-like man of great humility who reaches out with conviction and compassion. A preacher who preaches what he believes and believes what he preaches. His charisma leaves a deep imprint in my heart!
